Job Description

  • Assess, monitor, and record patients’ conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results in collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including histories and progress notes.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
  • Coordinate patient care with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for patients and staff.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures like CPR.
  • Triage patients and prioritize care based on medical urgency.
  • Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards in nursing.
  • Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay updated on best practices.

Job Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing (BSc Nursing or GNM).
  • Valid MOH Evaluation/License
  • 2 to 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care principles, procedures, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and emotionally resilient.
