You may connect to the Services using any Internet browser supported by the Services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Internet and the equipment necessary to use the Services.
1. SITE OPERATION
United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. Fursaty makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.
2. APPLICABLE LAW
The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.
3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION
The displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.
4. PURCHASES
Fursatycareers.com accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review the respective user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements about the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Fursatycareers.com. There shall be no refund for any purchase made on the site unless otherwise decided by Fursatycareers.com.
- Free Trial
If you register for any free trial of one or more Services, Fursatycareers.com will make the applicable Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of (i) the end of the free trial period of the applicable Services (unless terminated earlier by you), (ii) the start date of the paid subscription period for the applicable Services, or (iii) termination by Fursatycareers.com in its sole discretion. Any data that you provide for availing the Services, and any customizations made to the Services during the free trial will be permanently lost unless you (i) purchase the corresponding paid subscription plan for the account, (ii) purchase applicable Service upgrades, or (iii) export such data before the end of the trial period. Not withstanding anything contained in this Section, Services are offered as-is during the free trial, without any warranty, covenant, or support. If you are availing of any of our Paid Services, you agree to pay applicable fees and associated tax and you agree to any additional terms that may apply.
- Fees and Payments
The Services are available under subscription plans of various durations. In the event of you change a plan before its expiry, you will forfeit all the privileges of the previous package and be entitled to start the new package from the start. Any increase in charges will not apply until the expiry of your then-current billing cycle. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan. Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- Refund and Cancellation
Fursatycareers.com follows a “No Refund “and “No Cancellation” policy. In the event you change or cancel a plan before its expiry, there shall not be any reimbursements or refunds of the paid/and billed amount. The new plan will overwrite the existing base plan.
- Multiple Orders
The multiple bookings/orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
5.
