Physician Assistant

Job Description

• Performs & coordinates front desk duties, including but not limited to, answering incoming telephone calls, obtaining and/or verifying patient information, greeting patients, patient check in/out, providing information regarding insurance status, coordinate and facilitate accurate patient appointment.
• Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and/or manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies.
• Coordinate with the lab and radiology, radiographic tests, and authorization request in compliance with physician/registered nurses directives.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Other standard administrative responsibilities /clinical tasks such as filing, medical paperwork, arranging hospital visits and admissions, ordering office and medical supplies and overseeing billing , scheduling patients for health education and preparing patients for examination, assisting in camps and screening campaigns, obtaining feedback forms, coordinating for referrals, and assisting physicians
