Job Description

• Diagnose and treat neurological conditions and disorders through surgical interventions.

• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with precision and expertise, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technology.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, such as MRI and CT scans, to plan surgical approaches and assess treatment outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols during procedures, including infection control measures and anesthesia management.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurosurgery through continuing medical education, conferences, and research activities.
• Contribute to clinical research projects and publications aimed at advancing the field of neurosurgery.
• Provide teaching and mentorship to medical students, residents, and fellows, including participating in academic lectures, workshops, and training programs.
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review activities.
• Collaborate with hospital administrators and healthcare leadership to develop and implement policies, protocols, and guidelines related to neurosurgical care.
• Manage administrative tasks related to patient documentation, billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
