Job Description

The Senior / Lead Physiotherapist will provide clinical leadership, oversee physiotherapy service development, and manage a small clinical team while ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with DHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessments and treatments
  • Lead and develop physiotherapy services and clinical protocols
  • Recruit, supervise, and mentor physiotherapy staff
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and quality standards
  • Monitor service performance, patient outcomes, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
  • Valid DHA Physiotherapist License or eligibility
  • 8–10 years post-qualification experience

Availability: Immediate or short-notice joining preferred

Job Skills

  • Proven experience in a Senior / Lead Physiotherapist role
  • Demonstrated team leadership and service development experience
  • MSK / Sports / Neuro / Orthopaedic specialisation preferred
