Pharmacy Inventory Stock Controller

Job Description

• Monitors and maintains current pharmacy inventory levels; processes purchasing requisitions as required; tracks orders and investigates variances on stock arrival against PO.
• Monitoring daily, and weekly MIS on Stock Positions, Stock Coverage for timely action.
• Ensures proper recording of Purchases in the system including all the stock-related expenses are reflected correctly.
• Maintains proper control of Promo Packing such as stock movement, costing and variances.
• Lead the Stock Count activities to ensure the proper stock position is reflected by the books.
• Coordinating with IT department on system-related development and issues.
• Creation of New pharmaceutical products, New SKUs, Merchandising Categories in the system, Bar code creation, and mapping of new SKUs with the system.
• Maintaining proper control over Inventory, and packing Material, by ensuring regular physical stock counts and submitting reports on variances with root causes.
• Proper reconciliation of stocks between SAP and EWM and proper implementation of SOP’s.
• Managing and leading a team of inventory accountants by assigning tasks and monitoring daily operations.
