Patient Experience Officer

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families regarding their overall experience at the hospital or healthcare facility.

• Actively listen to patient concerns, feedback, and suggestions, and ensure they are addressed in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.

• Monitor and enhance the quality of service delivery by conducting regular rounds, patient interviews, surveys, and feedback collection.

• Collaborate with various departments to resolve patient complaints, service delays, and other issues affecting patient satisfaction.

• Ensure that patients are informed about hospital services, procedures, rights, and responsibilities, promoting a transparent and supportive care environment.
