IT Application Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for the implementation and appropriate utilization of Hospital Information System (HIS) and electronic medical record.
• Implemented or enhanced and test ERP systems and application to meet dynamic business needs. Performs complex configuration, change management and testing activities to support a service oriented architecture and integration between application
• Gather, compile and analyze healthcare information.
• Deployment and support of internal infrastructure system ensuring that all tasks are completed.
• Analyze and perform research on all technological solution and provide support to all procurement procedures and maintain knowledge on all latest technology.
• Create business processes, best practices, standards, templates and operating procedures to optimize IT Healthcare project development.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to design all management reports for all IT projects and ensure compliance to all deadlines.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical problem with ERP systems to include application, database problems.
• Participates in the development of database-related application development standards covering database creation, software placement, storage and auditing. Plans and implements operating procedures for backup of database and recovery of database information.
• Ensures the performance and reliability of ERP systems by monitoring these systems for high availability load balancing and satisfactory response time.
