Job Description

  • Manage overdue collections from payers on timely basis
  • Put collection target and drive implementation steps.
  • Use Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and implement processimprovements.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles
  • Use Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate with payers, and provide clear instructions and feedback to team members
  • Develop KPIs on Unit level, and monitor implementation.

Job Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a
  • related field is often required.
  • A master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field may be preferred
  • Training:
  • Trained in clinical specialization for board certification and healthcare management

Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field within a healthcare setting
