Job Description

  • Attracting, sourcing, and hiring suitable candidates for open positions within the organization.
  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process.
  • Facilitating the smooth transition of new employees into the organization.
  • Conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Handling paperwork related to employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and legal requirements.
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Organizing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Implementing performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance.
  • Providing feedback to employees on their performance and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee performance.
  • Acting as a mediator to resolve conflicts and disputes between employees or between employees and management.
  • Handling employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee morale and engagement.
  • Administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conducting salary surveys to ensure the organization's compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Advising management on compensation and benefits issues and trends.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Processing payroll and managing employee benefits administration.
  • Handling HR-related inquiries and providing assistance to employees as needed.
  • Developing HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Communicating policies to employees and ensuring compliance.
  • Reviewing and updating policies as needed to reflect changes in legislation or organizational needs.
  • Tracking and analyzing HR data such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee demographics.

Job Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
