Job Description

  • Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary team of skilled therapists
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based paediatric therapy services
  • Drive the development and strategic growth of services
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations
  • Provide staff supervision, ongoing training, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other external providers

Job Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy
  • DHA License or Eligibility required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Paediatric Therapy
  • Proven leadership or team management experience (preferred)
  • Strong skills in clinical oversight and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car
  • International candidates and English-speaking professionals are encouraged to apply
