Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for diagnosing and managing common skin, hair and nail conditions, providing dermatological consultations and delivering appropriate medical and approved aesthetic skin treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and diagnose common dermatological conditions.
Manage acne, pigmentation, eczema, skin infections and other skin concerns within GP scope.
Prescribe appropriate medications and recommend treatment plans.
Perform approved dermatological procedures within authorised scope and privileges.
Provide patient education on skincare, prevention and treatment.
Maintain medical records and arrange referrals to specialists when required.

Job Skills

Qualifications & Experience

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognised institution.
Completed internship and minimum 2 years of clinical experience for GP licensing.
Additional training or certification in dermatology preferred.
Previous experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
Valid DHA GP licence or eligibility.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of common dermatological conditions.
Patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
Knowledge of skincare treatments and dermatological procedures.
Good communication and patient counselling skills.
