Job Description

  • Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the front desk or reception area.
  • Manage incoming calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist guests by answering questions, providing directions, and offering information about the organization or services.
  • Schedule appointments for clients or guests, and maintain accurate appointment calendars.
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and providing key cards or access codes.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and correspondence received at the front desk in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and other relevant data using computerized systems or manual logs.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing documents, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Offer concierge services to guests, including booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and arranging sightseeing tours.
  • Monitor access to the premises and ensure that guests follow security procedures, such as signing in and wearing visitor badges.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or guest concerns, following established protocols.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Follow established company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk and guest services.

Job Skills

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role preferred.
  • Should be proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
