Job Description

To provide basic life support and pre-hospital emergency medical care to patients during ambulance transport, in compliance with DHA and UAE emergency medical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls
  • Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) including airway management, CPR, and bleeding control
  • Assist in patient assessment, stabilization, and safe transport
  • Operate ambulance equipment and ensure vehicle readiness at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness, infection control, and equipment checks in the ambulance
  • Complete accurate patient care reports and handover documentation
  • Coordinate with dispatch, hospitals, and emergency teams

Job Skills

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Valid DHA EMT License (mandatory)
  • Minimum 5 of ambulance or emergency medical experience preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license (will be an added advantage)

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Teamwork, discipline, and physical stamina
  • Good communication and situational awareness
