Job Description

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Support the dentist during treatments by handing over instruments and managing patient needs.
• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment, and ensure a clean working environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment notes.
• Take and process dental X-rays as needed, following safety protocols.
• Provide information to patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing billing, and handling insurance claims.
• Monitor and order dental supplies, ensuring the practice is well-stocked.
• Be ready to respond to dental emergencies and assist the dentist accordingly.
• Stay updated on dental practices and procedures through training and professional development.
