Job Description

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective business strategies.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the healthcare market.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's market position and service offerings.
  • Promote the company's healthcare products and services through presentations, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales transactions in the company's CRM system.

Job Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
