Job Description

• Assisting doctors and registered nurses in providing patient care within the OPD department.
• Preparing patients for consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
• Recording patient vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information accurately.
• Supporting patient admission, discharge, and follow-up procedures as required.
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards in the examination areas.
• Assisting in dressing wounds, administering basic treatments, and preparing medical equipment.
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating with different departments for smooth operations.
• Ensuring proper documentation and updating patient records in the healthcare system.
• Handling patient inquiries and providing basic guidance under the supervision of medical staff.
• Monitoring medical supplies and informing the concerned department about stock requirements.
• Assisting in emergency situations and providing immediate support to the medical team when needed.
