Job Description

• Support patient care: Assist in providing direct care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses.

• Monitor patient behavior: Observe and report any changes in a patient’s condition or behavior.

• Assist in therapeutic activities: Participate in group therapy and recreational activities to support patients’ mental well-being.

• Administer medications: Assist in administering prescribed medications as directed by medical staff.

• Maintain patient records: Document patient information, including assessments, progress notes, and care plans.

• Assist with daily living activities: Help patients with personal hygiene, eating, and mobility as needed.

• Ensure patient safety: Monitor patients to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

• Provide emotional support: Offer emotional and psychological support to patients in a compassionate and understanding manner.

• Assist in crisis management: Respond to mental health crises and assist in de-escalating situations as needed.

• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individual care plans for patients.
